an error in read only display inside a form from google drive (phone version)

I would suspect some sort of login-related issue. Does your app require login? If so, is the affected user logged in the same way in both the browser and in the app?

Yes, it does. we use same google account to log in both the broswer and the app.
I have attached the error occured in phone version. thank you for your help
