how i can add a button next to the delete button when you select a row in the view , also i want to add a button to select all rows at once and perform an action to it.

Bulk action documentation is here https://support.google.com/appsheet/answer/10107372?hl=en. There currently is no button to select all rows in a view to then perform a bulk action. You are stuck with selecting the rows individually.
