I know of the autosave function in the 'form'

however, is there a way to Autosave on a 10 second delay, on any field having any value at all? (does not have to go to last field)

Save the values entered in a form view while it's still in progress? No.

For editing existing rows (i.e., not adding a new row), consider a detail view with quick edit enabled for pertinent columns.
