booking the appointment for service from google calendar

Hi guys,

Is there a way to make this possible?
I would like to pull data from my google calendar to a table with car data.

I created an action from google calendar, (the title is registration plate), that links with filtered view to the WarehouseTable where I get list of parts for that particular car. The result that I get is the information only for that registration plate. Than I select rows (parts)that I want and create new WorkOrder, in which I have to look again to calendar to input manually date and time for that order...

I wondered how can I pull date and time from that appointment slot, and copy to those rows that I get with that view, so practicaly I would only have to select only parts from result list in Warehouse and create new WorkOrder with preselected date and time.

Would it be fine to use LINKTOFORM() action so you could bring the date and time with it?
