Hello guys I have a question. I made an appsheet app for  my client  but now I received the information that he has a huawei device, therefore I am unable to use the play store to download appsheet. Can someone help me on this subject?

Use the app from a browser, although some of the features wouldn't work

your client must be install Play Store on their Huawei phone. is no difficulty.
