dynamic email embedded app view not showing reference values in column

Hi, i have an embedded app view email being sent by bot. It has a form view and there is a ref column called role. in the app on that view, you see the full list, but in the email there are no values in Role column as you can see in image attached. Screenshot 2024-04-18 at 5.16.59โ€ฏPM.png

It works for me.

This ref field has nothing else configured.

What is your environment (browser, OS, etc)

Have you tried to create another form and test it to see if it is the same?
