embedded videos not showing

Hello,

I have had the ability until recently to embed Youtube videos in my forms and have them play inside the app.  This still works on the desktop version of the app, but on my IOS phone and iPad, it suddenly stopped showing.  Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Have you got them setup as Show/Video type columns?

Yes.  It works on the desktop version but not on the public app.  It makes me think something changed when I updated my white label app on the IOS side…like maybe there was a new setting that I had to select as an identifier or something.

This is an unresolved issue.

Embedded videos do not play on iOS. AppSheet Support is aware of the problem but (as you'll find out soon enough) "experts" here believe it is acceptable to say:

"that's the way it goes"; and

"this is not an AppSheet problem".

Those are actual responses by so-called "Participant V" users.

I am still hopeful that someday AppSheet will resolve this issue.
