filter out names based on particular user email

I have 2 tables called RA scribe access and RA scribe team .there will be a columns called RA supervisor and Supervisor and names in RA scribe team. I have a staff column in RA scribe access table which contains the information of employee in the RA scribe team table. now I want to filter the names who are worked under particular RA supervisor .
