Solved: format rule dose not work

as you see in the image below the format rule dose note appear in the app
what should i do ?

Try

[Entry Date] = TODAY()

Your expression does not evaluate each row but only one of the rows (most likely the very first one in the table) and probably never evaluates to TRUE and even if it did, this would highlight all the rows instead of your intended target rows.
