getting an automated alert from app on user errors (sync and others)

Hi

I would like to get notified by email  when a user of my app gets sync error or any other error.

I'm not the app creator but I am editor and admin. How can I get those error emails too?
"This is an automated email to alert you about an error logged from one of your AppSheet apps."

Ask the app owner to create an automated forwarding rule for those emails.
