how this share button being added?

Hi Community,

I found this button on another app, which I think I would like to have it in my app too, and 

wonder how this button was added in the bottom panel?

That's a relic of times long past...

I'm pretty sure it's going to disappear here at some point, but if you want to turn it on there is a way.

Under (UX > Options) there's a toggle to show five views on the bottom navigation ribbon.  (Can't remember exactly what it says)

It's a toggle, if you turn that off it will go back to the original bottom navigation ribbon - which only allowed for three views down at the bottom. On the right side of the bottom navigation ribbon you'll find a sync button, and on the left you'll find that share button.

But that share button is not what you're expecting, you can't customize that functionality, and it was really a source of a lot of problems back in the day. It's kind of why it's hidden now, in a sense.
