i need help with app publication

hi guys, i made a gym app and i'm going to distribute for everyone using gmail to login on the app, i have already sent the gmail account login to the google play console but i'm still getting this error from them

It basically says you need to provide them (the play store) with valid credentials so that they can access and test your app in order to approve it.
