invoice template

Greetings again Team 

i managed to geberate pdf format invoice, but not the format is not good. I tried to to template on excel than uploaded it on the drive so that i use the "path way" for appsheet to see the formate. 

now if i go here 

so that it picks up this format 

it comes back liike 

Please assist.

Excel templates cannot be used for reports; they are only intended for formatting Excel for exporting data. Many Excel features are not supported when using Excel templates.

For reports, you should be using a Word template.

Did you reconfigure your Automation task to use the new template file?
