I reckon you turn on preview new feature mode, and make the first column freezed. By then you see this. I see this since the preview first column feature is released for review.

It could be a glitch, hopefully it will be addressed by the time of GA.

Missing horizontal separator lines in the first column, affecting the display as if it contained grouped cells.
