list too long

So i have a list that is getting very long, i its a pain scrolling down every time i want to register a new thing. 

Is there something i can do that can take me to the last line every time a go in the app?

If you are picking from a list and always need to go the end of the list, then perhaps you would be better off not showing all the items in the list. Can you give an example or screen shot of what exactly you are trying to do?
