looping an action

Hi 

I have two test tables 1 and 2, and I have an action called Copy a record that copies the values of Table 1 and adds them to table 2, this works fine on an individual row.

I have another action called Loop copy record that selects the list of records in table 1 and then calls the action to copy a record.

This only seems to work on the record that is being edited.
If I do a multiple select then the copy record action works fine on the multiple records, but I cant get the the loop action to work
