my new app is not working on I phone ?

As a new app sheet user is there something I should be aware of when attempting to allow a user who is on I phone to download the app from a link I share with their google email.  When she attempts to download the App it does not work but it does work on android phones.

Maybe it was installed wrong, check the permissions in your app too, try to delete and install again
