need help with manufacturing software - of mine

 Hi so I have made a manufacturing software for my factory ... 

so I have created a view for my order log - where the orders received are mentioned and it shows it's status if the order is complete or pending and if half complete then what is the pending quantity.

Now for that I have set up behaviors and also used automation on these behavior to make it work .. 

the issue that I am facing is :-
The first entry it works fine where when the sale form is submitted the dispatched qty gets updated and automatically the pending qty gets showed - the problem arrises when the second entry is put after the sale form is submitted it gets updated on the first entry and not on the second entry -

Only an inital guess, as your process isn't easy to understand.  But you have your Bot set to trigger on Adds only, so changes/updates won't trigger it
