problem button is part of?

I don't see the button associated with the column referenced with is part of? When I want to add referenced records, the text associated with the description of the referenced column appears, but the button to add it appears. Can someone help me to solve this problem?

We need a few more details.  Please show us how you have the columns configured and the view where you are not seeing the button.
