I am now using FREE plan and I researched that free plan is not able to deploy the app and we can share the app up to 10 users. 

The problem is that when I share the link by "install link", Im afraid that we could share the app more than 10 people. Is this right?

also, I still don't get what is "public app" and differences between deployment.

AppSheet's free plan is limited to prototype apps, which have some limits on functionality (e.g., automation tasks send emails only to app owner and not other users and don't send SMS notifications at all) and are intended to be limited to accounts whose apps all together are accessed by a total of no more than 10 users. "Deployed" means the app is no longer a prototype.

"Public" means the app can be accessed by anyone even if you haven't explicitly shared the app to them.
