Public but not to everyone

I took the function at 5$ but I can't pay more

It sounds like you selected a plan for your account that charges $5/user. If by this comment you also mean that you can't pay for more than one user, then instead of sharing your app for colleagues to use directly, you would need to make it available to them to copy and use separately: Share sample apps in your public portfolio - AppSheet Help.

Or.. use the authentication, but keep the app in Prototype mode. AppSheet is free for 10 users. Though some functionalities won't work with the Prototype.

Hi, it means that too many users (max 10) have used your app within the last 30 days and the account will be blocked if you don't do anything with it.
