qr code formula and data display

I will make an employee record app. But want to have a Qr code to show the recorded information of each person

The table will look like this Which I would like to have a Qr code like attaching to the employee card. When the boss wants to know the information of that employee, scan the Qr Code to see the information.

	Employee Name		:	Sara	Narak

	Position			:	Employee

An example of a card that requires a qr coe text to be displayed on the employee card. When scanning the qr code, show the text above.
