"Last Update Timestamp" Column in Appsheet that automatically updates if anything else in that row updates

Is there a way to make a colum in Google Sheets / Appsheet that is related to changes on the row level.

For Example: If I have a Sheet called “Tasks” and theres
Task name, tasks description, status, due date, last_update

some_task, some descp, backlog, 11/20/2021, 11/18/2021 12:55:00

and if I were to change the status to “In progress” the “last_update” column would automatically update to todays day and time value, so then it would read:
some_task, some descp, backlog, 11/20/2021, 11/19/2021 12:57:00
