"The Entry is invalid" in column "Price" with TYPE "price"

Hello good people.

I have a price column in an events calendar.

The column is named PRICE and the TYPE is PRICE.

I have a suggested list of values as follows, and it shows up as expected:

LIST("119","129","139","149","199")

However, when I am in the app, if I choose a suggested value all works fine. But if I choose to type a new value e.g £350 a pop up says "ADD £350" so I click it, and £350 appears in the price field. But when it does a little note pops under to say "the entry is invalid" in red.

Any thoughts on where I am going wrong?

You do not have any of validations configured by any chance, have you?

Are you typing in the "£"? When you click on the field to show the suggested values it may indeed show the suggested values with the pound symbol but you'll have to omit that when you enter another value.
