"show changes" crashes App

I have a user that has 100+ sync items stuck on their phone. We know why this happened and have fixed the underlying issue. We want to manually add in this missing data, but whenever they choose “Show Changes” the App crashes.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Could it be that device’s memory is full or almost full?

If you put the app in recovery mode, then all of these sync data’s will be written to a separate recovery file that you can then pull all the data from.
