select multiple field types

Is there a way to have multiple field types for a question?

There are a couple of instances where I'd like to enter text and also take a photo. Is this possible?

I'm afraid that's not possible. You are not able to change the type dynamically.

Why doesn't having two fields of both types work? You can additionally control which fields are enabled by having a question type field for example.
