show view until

Hello AppSheet geniuses!

Wondering if anyone has a solution for showing a view for a period of time or until a certain criteria is met.

My use case is : When a user creates a new Quote, an Equipment Room is automatically created and added to a list of Included Rooms.  This is a bot that looks for a new Quote record, then adds the Equipment Room.

But... there is quite a delay before the Equipment Room populates.  When the quote is saved, the next view is the Inline View of all the quotes which shows the Included Rooms below and the count of rooms.  When the view changes, no Equipment Room is shown and the count is zero...until about 3 seconds later it populates.

I'm hoping I can pop up a screen that says "Building system..." for about 3 seconds or until the record of the Equipment Room is done adding.

Any ideas?
