snapshot not working

hello everyone, I would like to know why when I use the snapshot function I can import the graphic views to a pdf, but when I try to show a map I receive the image of logging in. does anyone know how i can fix this?

not the same for me but when i use this :

Hi, It s ok the support told me about "DESKTOP VIEW" just need to disable this option and it works.
