sync with another app

hi guys,need some help. i need to syncronize with two apps. when some columns in application "A" updated,  it will automatically or by taping a button synchronice with some columns in application "B". maybe you guys has some solutions, or what expression should i use?

ICYMI, a single data source can be added as a table to multiple apps.

You can always press an app's sync button to ensure you're accessing the most current data. Also, if you're using an action in one app to launch the other app, you can likely include a parameter to force sync the app as you navigate to it.
