update and delete a row when add a row from zapier

Hi friends, I'm working on my app that imports booking data with zapier.

my problem is that when a reservation is canceled or modified, a new row is written in the table and the original row is not overwritten, this causes a duplication of data.

this is the original table:

Row 1 : is the original booking that the customer made on a portal,

Row 2 :the customer added a passenger but  (can change a data)

Row 3: he canceled the reservation.

I would like that when the reservation is modified, the reservation of line 1 is updated or that line 1 is eliminated.

if the reservation is cancelled, all lines related to the reservation should be deleted.

the reservations all have the same [BOOKING ID].

Confirm the event selected for AppSheet in your zap.

I'm sorry that this is not an answer but can you please tell me how can you show the data as a table-like in the picture? I'm trying to create an order system in which users can order multiple products at the same time by clicking add new row.

The screenshot is not from an app interface for users, but rather from a database that serves as the data source for an app.
