users not seeing what I see when I developed app

I have developed an app that when im logged in my account the app shows as I developed it. But if I share it with anyone or share the link the app that comes up does not match. Its almost like just the template shows up but all the changes I made won't show up for another user. I reached out to customer service and they left me on read 😞
