valid if statement based on user input

If the user selects Y for the first question then only the second question will pop up. I have added a formula in the second question's valid if statement, but the question disappears. This is the formula that I have [Taken Day off?]=TRUE in the which day column, so if the taken day off column is selected as YES then only the which day column will pop up for the user to enter. Please let me know what can be done.

You have to hit the hourglass next to the Show checkbox. It took a while for me too figure this out.
