view contents of single row/column cell

HI all,

Hopefully an easy one.  I have a table that contains 2 columns of interest here.  The first column is an "Item ID" and the second column is a "description" of the item in the first column.  I have an action button that shows a (?) that, when clicked, I want to show only the description relevant for that particular item.  

Instead what is happening is that the view shifts and shows all descriptions of all items.  Interestingly, it sort of grays out or highlights the item from the same row so it sort of stands out if you scroll down.  But it still shows all the descriptions of all items.

Should I put an expression into the "Show If" rule area?  How should that be written?

I have kind off the same issue.

Also, I want so see just info from 1 row based on a condition, and not all rows.
