passed security engineer exam 2 weeks ago but no confirmation email

I passed the exam 2 weeks ago but no confirmation email and nothing comes back so far. Raised support cases multiple times, not a single response.

I see a lot people having similar problem. What's going wrong with Google Cloud support team? 

Does anyone use support link recently? Did anyone get anything back at all?

I have the same problem. Haven't received official notification of results from Google, since passing the PCA test on Dec 19,2022. Opened a ticket using support link yesterday.

Same here, passed my PDE exam on Dec 18, 2022. Still no official results from Google after 31 days! I have been opening support tickets since Jan 3rd, still nothing.
