Don't want users to deposit stolen content on my website

Hi

I have a stock graphic ressources website, and i wanted to know if there was a way to check when someone deposit something on it (photo, drawings, effects, motion, 3d render,...) if the content is original or at least not stolen from another website, like if someone find some free trials fonts and just put it on the website, a verification of the data or of the file is processed and tells if the content can be posted without any problems.
