Files and folders fail to upload

Hello,

I'm a Google Cloud Platform newbie, using the site to host items for an online portfolio.  I've been able to upload 3 folders previously, but when I try to add another the files and/or folders fail to upload.  The platform appears to be working, except the message I get is that "0 files successfully uploaded". I'm looking for suggestions to fix this and haven't been able to find anything useful with a basic internet search.  Can anyone in this community help?

I had the same issue. Enabling billing for my account fixed it. I hope this helps.
