I have been trying to login to the portal but I need getting an error saying ERR_MSG_USER_NOT_FOUND - email - REGISTRATION_HANDLER_ERROR
I am not able to register as I have already registered

Confirm with your Partner Admin your email has been registered as a Partner Contact in the Partner Account. If you don’t know your Partner Admin, open a partner support case.

Hi,
It's not about Google Workspace Super Admin. Someone from your organization should have proper permissions and should be marked as Partner Admin for Partner Advantage Program. How to become a parter info can be found here [1] , [2]information about program itself
