I don't have a billing profile, when trying to create it I am redirected to the following link: https://console.cloud.google.com/freetrial/signup/billing
And I choose my region, which in this case is Brazil, I enter my Google Pay payments profile, with the right address, and I can register the card, so far everything is fine, but when I click to continue, the following error appears: Unable to complete the action. [OR-CBAT-23]
