Urgent Restart VM required

[LDG_Cloud1]

Can someone restart my machine ?
I ended a process in the task bar and now all I have is a black background.
Other processes are running.

I get Access when I try to restart from the  console,

Unfortunately, we are not able to touch your infra, either restart your servers or fix your problems at our own. We can guide you, what should be done, however, we are not official Google Cloud Support.
