Google cloud

I am unable to reschedule my Google cloud digital Leader exam post the time slot. Due to power cut at my place I could not attempt the exam at scheduled time. Later when trying to reschedule the option is not present for reschedule/cancel on Kryterion. Support team said need to contact Test Manager and I have raised a support request at Google as well but no acknowledgement of it and no tracking as well. I have paid my fees already and not sure what to do next. 

Any advise please as I need to complete the test ASAP.
