Coworker not able to verify account

Hello,

My coworker @mary2 cannot find an account verification email and is unable to post. Although we see a message at the bottom of questions/communities indicating that she can't post because her account isn't verified, she isn't able to scroll down within that message to see the instructions for what to do/who to contact/how to re-send that verification email.

Can someone please assist?
