Support Forum for Existing Resellers/Partners?

I've been a reseller for over 5 years, but I've never been able to find any community forum for those like myself who have this relationship with Google / Workspace.

It's surprising to me that there's nowhere for us to share unique resources and information with those in similar relationships.

I've reached out to find a dedicated support individual who can assist me with various questions and issues, but I've never had anyone assigned to me. and with the changes made in the admin panel that no longer allows me to call Google on behalf of my clients to assist them while onsite, it's becoming more of a struggle to not have a community of similar professionals to get support from

Hello.
I am new to this forum.
But for a long time I have been helping users and companies on general Google forums on products, such as maps, accounts, gmail.

There is also a separate forum for workspace administrators
Maybe it will be useful for you too?

I agree completely.

We're an Australian SME, specialising in web sites/apps, and we have been reselling Google Workspace accounts to some of our clients as an optional extra for our clients for years.

Our challenge is that Google doesn't appear to make it easy for us to track, or get notified, when clients add more Google Workspace  accounts. Which means that we frequently find that we're out of sync (and out of pocket) between what our clients are paying us, and what we're paying to Google.

So yes, we'd very much like to discuss how other SME resellers manage this.

Because if we can't find an efficient solution, then we might just abandon the reselling of Google Workspace accounts completely, and switch our clients over to a direct billing relationship with Google.

I also completely agree to this. Also the lack of knowledge for reseller accounts from support could be way better. Many times I got the feeling that resellers a not that important for Google.

Just had to find out that I have to migrated al my client's to a annual based license model to keep the 20% discount reseller discount. They completely removed it from the flexible plan. 70% of my clients have a fluctuating number of staff due i.e seasonal work. What am I going to tell them, sorry, but from now on, you'll need the annual license, otherwise I don't get my discount?

Google doesn't care about us resellers...
