App Configuration fails on save with a generic error message

I'm continuously struggling to save App Configuration (even when I don't do any changes) within Google Workspace Marketplace SDK API service screen. A generic error message pops up.

I have submitted the feedback many times, nobody gets back to me.

The response to that request, in the developers console, is:

Using the GCP is extremely frustrating 😕

I'm experiencing the same...

Through some other channels, I managed to get this working. The add-on was under review, the Google verification team has sent back what the problems were with the add-on but didn't reject the verification so it was still "under review" and then it wasn't possible to save the changes. Also another trick they said was to close all the GCP windows and then open them again.
