Cannot Get a Response from Google - OAuth API verification

I've been attempting to get my site verified for months in the OAuth API verification process.  It's a simple website that uses Google credentials to create my users' identities.  I don't think I have any sensitive or restricted scopes.  I'm pretty new at this, so I probably missed some steps early (and maybe am now), but I believe I've complied with all of Google's requirements after missing a few things initially, resubmitting my request and...nothing. 

I followed up via email multiple times and no response over weeks now.  I've tried other Google support options and get totally shut down unless I pay Google.  I'm hoping someone from Google can look at this and get it resolved.  Below is what I'm seeing in the Console.  I believe I've taken care of these items already though, they just don't seem to have been reviewed.  Thanks to anyone who can help!

Having same issue here. Pending verification for over a month now. How can we get ahold of someone at Google without paying!

I'm facing a similar issue, no idea how to contact the Trust and Safety team
