Add Multiple Images & Attachments and Combine Files & Image column type

Hi There!
A feature add idea can be to be able to add multiple images & Attachments to a single column, rather than to create it as a reference table and then add multiple images & Attachments. 
The UI for the current method is complex and, honestly, is sometimes the limiting factor in the app looking nice. So a option to add multiple images with Multiple-select add or add more button would be helpful. This might also make the app less complex from the perspective of no of tables.

Further, similar to google forms, if the column type for Images & files can be a single one, this would be great. The arguments in support can be in certain use cases the Apps can be used to collect documents which can be either a file or an image and having two separate columns just adds to the number of columns. I understand the post processing nightmare it can be, but the ui would be better.
I know one way is to just put a dynamic show option for columns, but it would be better streamlined if they can be the same.
