Additional means to fire the action | On open a view event

We can invoke action in various ways with appsheet, clicking icon, saving a form etc.

To get the much more richer user experiences, we wish to have additional way to invoke action "On open view" event.

There are bunch of use cases where we app creators to invoke action behind the scene to manipulate the app behaviors.  Placing the view in either primary or menu, then we wish to have such additional option to invoke the selected action, which is similar with on save form view event.  thank you.
