Apps can have the same name, dangerous when you clean up your apps

Make it impossible for apps to have the same name. At least in one account but if you could have that for an entire domain it would be even better. This is dangerous when you want to clean up you apps. You can easily make a mistake. And different people in the same organisation cant have apps with the same name.

You may want to make a distinction here:

- green: private app name

- blue: public app name

The private app name is unique, and suffixed with account ID.
