Column Re-size per User - Save sizing

In the new desktop view, It would be awesome if manual column resizing would save.

Currently if you switch views and come back, the columns are reset to their default sizing.

Bonus points if this resizing would save per individual user. Sometimes different users only need part of a column visible or a couple columns almost hidden for that view.
