Default "From" name and Signature for Send an Email action

Hi community,

I'd like to suggest a feature that'll permit us to set a default 'From' name for emails and a default signature.

For the signature, it'll mean adding a Signature field in the action parameters. 

Currently, we have to set them 1 by 1 and for my use cases, I am setting one From name and signature for every automations. But sometimes, I can forget to set it, or if I want to change it, i'll have to edit every actions, which takes a long time.
