Faster localization with JSON or template

Hi! I'd like to suggest a feature involving Localization. It can be tedius to manually localize every single label specially when creating multiple apps. I'd love to be able to reuse a JSON file or any other template with the translations and simply apply it to every single app I create.

Exactly the feature I logged on to request. Managing several apps and trying to loop in translators when new words are listed is time consuming. New words and errors show up without translation, confusing our users. When they do, we make the same changes over and over and without much help of mass cut and paste. 

One web interface that does this well is Google BigQuery's new table feature. Designers can use a GUI fields and dropdowns or switch to JSON to export and import - even switch back and forth. Here's what that looks like:
